Killer Arm Workout

Tone your arms with this speedy workout.  Make sure you are challenging yourself - don't pick the easy option!



10 Push Ups

20 Tricep Dips


30 Bicep Curls

40 Second Plank


50 Spider Push Ups

Then Reverse it.....


40 second Plank

30 Bicep Curl

20 Tricep Dips

10 Push Ups


If you can handle it... do it twice through!!!  Ouch!!
